Sylva Nze

Sylva Nze Ifedigbo is a Nigerian author of fiction, creative non-fiction, and socio-political commentary, known for exploring themes of power, society, and human experience. He has published several works, including My Mind Is No Longer Here (2018), The Funeral Did Not End (2012), and Whispering Aloud (2007), with short fiction featured in literary journals such as Saraba, AFREADA, and the Maple Tree Literary Supplement. His acclaimed novel Believers and Hustlers won the 2022 Chinua Achebe Prize for Literature for the best Nigerian novel of the year, shining a spotlight on contemporary issues through compelling storytelling.
